Venison Taco Soup Recipe

1 pound
1 clove
1 package
1 –15 ounce
1 teaspoon
1 cup
1 – 16 ounce can
1 – 16 ounce can
1 can
4 ounces
ground venison
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
taco seasoning
can tomato sauce
beef bouillon granules
ready cut tomatoes, un drained
kidney beans, drained
shoe peg corn, un drained
cheddar cheese, shredded

sour cream
tortilla chips

Recipe Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Pan Type: large soup saucepan

Venison Taco Soup Directions

Cook the ground venison, onions and garlic until meat is no longer pink in the middle, drain.
Add the taco seasoning, tomato sauce, water, beef bouillon, tomatoes, kidney beans and corn.
Bring taco soup mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer venison taco soup for 30 minutes.
To serve, ladle venison soup into bowls and top with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips if desired.
