Venison burger and Gravy Recipe

1 pound
1/2 large
1 clove
1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 cup
3 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1 1/2 cups
ground venison burger
onion, chopped
garlic, minced

Recipe Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Pan Type: large fry pan

Venison Burgers Directions

In a medium bowl mix the ground venison burger, chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Mix venison well and shape into 4 burger patties.
Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until venison burger is no longer pink in the middle. Remove burgers from skillet.

Venison Gravy Directions

Add the butter to skillet and stir until melted.
Add the flour, second amount of salt and pepper, stir to make a paste.
Slowly add the milk and stir constantly until venison gravy mixture thickens.
Add venison burgers, reduce heat and cover.
Cook venison burgers and gravy for about 10 more minutes.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier.
