Spiced Venison Burger Recipe

2 pounds
1 1/4 cup
2 large
1/2 cup
1 large
1 clove
1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
ground venison
cracker crumbs
eggs
tomato soup, undiluted
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
salt
pepper
oil
Worcestershire sauce

remaining undiluted soup

Recipe Pan Type: large skillet


Spiced Venison Burger Directions

In a large bowl combine the ground venison burger, cracker crumbs, eggs, soup, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix spiced up venison burger until well blended.
Shape into 8 spiced burger patties.
Add oil to skillet.
Cook spiced patties until no longer pink in the middle.
Drain any excess fat.
To the skillet add the rest of the soup and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook spiced venison burger over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Note: Spiced venison burger is just great on a bun or with rice.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
