Venison Bean Casserole Directions

Brown the ground venison and onion in a large skillet, then drain.
In a second skillet cook the bacon until crisp.
Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels.
In a crock pot combine the browned ground venison, crisp bacon, un drained pork & beans, un drained kidney beans, drained butter beans, brown sugar, liquid smoke and the ketchup.
Cook venison bean casserole on low setting for 4 – 6 hours.

Note: This is a great venison casserole dish that all will love. Some foods are seasonal, but this dish is a year round favorite in our house and we hope that it will be yours too. It is great to take on picnics or for pot luck.
