1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/4 cup
1 clove
3 tablespoons
1 can

venison steaks
flour
salt
pepper
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
oil
mushroom soup

Temp: med-low
Recipe Cooking Time: 40 to 45
Pan Type: skillet

Venison Recipe Directions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Dredge the venison steaks in the flour.
Place venison in a skillet and season with the salt and pepper.
Brown the venison steaks well on both sides.
Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until tender.
Reduce heat to medium low.
Cover the braised venison with soup and simmer covered for the allotted time or until tender.
