Blue Cheese Stuffed Venison Burger Recipe

Venison Burger Directions

In a small bowl mix the crumbled blue cheese and garlic.
In a large bowl combine the ground venison burger, Worcestershire sauce, mild hot sauce, chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Mix the venison burger well and form into 12 burger patties about 1/2” thick.
Spoon 2 teaspoons of blue cheese mixture into the center of 6 burger patties.
Top with a second venison burger and press the edges together to seal.
Cook the blue cheese stuffed venison burgers in a hot skillet until internal temperature reaches 160°.
Serve on hamburger buns with condiments of your choice.

Note: You can sprinkle the top of the venison burgers with a small amount of crumbled blue cheese for garnish if desired.
