Applesauce Sweet Potato Recipe

1 pound can
1/2 teaspoon
1 – 15 ounce can
1/3 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1/2 cup

sweet potatoes, drained
salt
applesauce
brown sugar, firmly packed
vanilla
cinnamon
butter
nuts, chopped

Oven Temp: 375°
Recipe Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Pan Type: 8" x 8" pan

Applesauce Sweet Potato Directions

Preheat Oven.

In shallow pan, layer the sweet potatoes.
Sprinkle salt on the potatoes.
Pour applesauce evenly over potatoes.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top of applesauce.
Sprinkle nuts on top and dot with butter.
Place the applesauce sweet potato into the oven to bake.
