Marinated Broccoli
Whole Mushrooms Recipe

3 bunches
1 pound
1 large
1 cup
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 clove
fresh broccoli
whole mushrooms
onion, sliced
cider vinegar
granulated sugar
dill seeds
salt
pepper
garlic minced

Recipe Time: 8 hours
Pan Type: medium bowl


Marinated Broccoli and Mushrooms Directions

Wash broccoli and cut into flowerets.
Do not use the broccoli stems.
Slice the mushrooms and the broccoli into a large shallow dish and set aside.
In a medium bowl combine the vinegar, granulated sugar, dill seeds, salt, pepper and garlic.
Mix marinate well and pour marinate over the broccoli and mushrooms.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Marinated broccoli and mushrooms do taste better when you wait a bit longer.
