Hearty Minestrone Soup Recipe
|1 – 10 ounce box
1 – 10 ounce box
2 – 16 ounce can
1 – 16 ounce can
|frozen chopped spinach
frozen Italian green beans
parmesan cheese, grated
Romano cheese, grated
|Stove Temp: medium
Recipe Pan Type: large saucepan
Minestrone Soup DirectionsCook and drain the spinach and Italian beans according to their package directions.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
In the soup pan combine the beef broth, tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring hearty soup to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
Pour into vegetable soup mixture and cook over medium heat until the minestrone soup thickens.
Add cooked pasta and cheese, cook this hearty minestrone soup recipe until heated thoroughly. Ladle minestrone soup into bowls.
Garnish soup with remaining cheese.
Serve minestrone soup along with your favorite crackers.
