Horseradish Sauce Recipe

1 – 8 ounce package
1 tablespoon
2 – 3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1/2 cup
cream cheese
sugar
prepared horseradish
lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
whipping cream, whipped

Refrigerate horseradish sauce and enjoy on your meat recipes.


Horseradish Sauce Directions

Soften the cream cheese; blend in the sugar, horseradish, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Refrigerate horseradish sauce until ready to serve.
Serve horseradish with ham, roast beef or corned beef.

Recipe Yields: 2 cups

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
