Taco Soup Recipe

1 pound
1 medium
2 cans
2 cans
2 can
2 cans
2 – 15 ounce cans
1 package
ground beef
onion finely chopped
pork and beans, un drained
Mexican stewed tomatoes, cut, un drained
whole kernel corn, un drained
fancy red kidney beans
tomato sauce
taco seasoning (Taco Bell)

Stove Temp: low
Recipe Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Pan Type: large saucepan


Taco Soup Directions

Combine the ground beef and onion in a large skillet, brown meat until no longer pink in the middle.
Drain taco soup meat.
Pour into pan.
Add the un drained pork and beans, un drained stewed tomatoes, un drained corn, un drained kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
Bring this favorite taco soup recipe to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook taco soup for 25 minutes.

Recipe Note: This is good with a dollop of sour cream or cheese on top and served along with your favorite tortilla chips.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
