Foot Long Sub Recipe

1/4 cup
1/2 cup
2 tablespoons

1 small

French bread
butter, softened
mayonnaise
mustard
deli sliced roast beef
deli sliced turkey breast
deli sliced ham
deli sliced Co Jack cheese
tomatoes, sliced
sweet onion, sliced
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut French bread in half lengthwise with a serrated bread knife. Spread softened butter on bottom half of bread.
Spread 1/4 cup of mayonnaise on top half of bread and 1/4 cup on bottom half of bread.
Cut cheese slices in half and lay out on bottom half of bread. Fold roast beef slices in half.
Starting at end of bread lay a slice all the way down bottom half of bread.
Repeat with turkey breast and the ham.
Lay sliced onion on top of meat.
Next layer the tomatoes on top of onion slices.
Put shredded lettuce on top of whole sandwich.
Season the sandwich with salt and pepper.
Cut into 1 or 2 inch pieces and serve with your favorite soup or chips.
