Very Good Egg Salad Recipe

1 – 2
1 tablespoon
1/2 cup
1/2 teaspoons
hard boiled eggs
pickles, sweet or dill
onion, finely chopped
mayonnaise
salt

dash of pepper

I really love egg salad and this one is really very good.


Good Egg Salad Directions

Cut hard boiled eggs into a small bowl.
Add good pickles, onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Mix egg salad very well.
Chill good egg salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. I prefer to chill egg salad over night and let the flavors get into each other.
Spread egg salad onto bread and serve with your favorite soup or chips.

Note: If you lightly butter the bread before you spread the egg salad on, it will prevent the bread from getting soggy.
