Smoked Sausage Hoagie Recipe

1/2 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon

6		 smoked sausages
onions
peppers, seeded
peppers, seeded
garlic, minced
olive oil
salt
pepper
oregano
cheddar cheese, shredded
hoagie rolls

Stove Temp: medium
Recipe Cooking Time: 18 minutes
Pan Type: skillet


Sausage Hoagie Directions

Place sausages in boiling water and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
Add the onions, peppers, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook sausage mixture over medium heat until tender, takes about 8 minutes. Stir while cooking, turning often.
To serve, place sausage on a hoagie sandwich roll.
Top sausage hoagie sandwich with onion mixture and shredded cheese.
Serve this smoked hoagie sandwich along with your favorite chips.
