2		 Italian sausages
hoagie type rolls
green peppers
red peppers
clove garlic
yellow onions

Oven Temp: medium
Recipe Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Pan Type: skillet


Sausage Sandwich Recipe Directions

Slice the green and red peppers.
Slice up the onions.
Mince that yummy garlic.
Put olive oil into skillet and sauté all the vegetables.
Brown the sausage in separate pan.
Slice and toast hoagie sandwich rolls.
When done, put the sausage on the toasted sandwich roll and top with vegetables.
Serve a hot sausage sandwich with your favorite chips.
