3 pounds
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1 clove
1 – 16 ounce bottle		 pork roast, boneless
salt
course ground black pepper
garlic, minced
barbeque sauce

Crock Pot Temp: low
Recipe Cooking Time: 6 to 8 hours
Pan Type: crock pot


Barbecue Pork Sandwich Directions

Place your pork roast into the crockpot.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
Cook pork on low setting for the allotted time.
During the last hour drain off all juices.
Shred the pork with a large fork.
Pour in the barbeque (bbq sauce) sauce and mix well.
Continue to cook barbecue pork for an additional hour or longer.
Serve barbecue pork sandwich along with your favorite salad or chips.

Sandwich Note: A fine tasting pork sandwich meal just does not get any easier than this folks.
