Gourmet Steak Burger Recipe

1 1/2 pounds
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
4 tablespoon
6 slices

extra lean ground beef or steak
salt
garlic powder
onion powder
Worcestershire
prepared mustard
ketchup
bacon
buns

Recipe Cooking Type: gas grill or brickets


Steak Burger Directions

In a large bowl, mix ground beef or steak, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire, mustard and ketchup.
Shape into six steak burger patties.
Wrap each patty with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Grill your steak burger until you get the desired texture.
Open buns and put onto the grill for 2 to 3 minutes.
Place steak burger patties onto buns and serve along with your favorite side dishes.

Grilled Recipe Serves: about 6

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
