Glazed Turkey Burger Recipe

1 pound
1/4 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
1/3 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1/3 cup
1 tablespoon
ground turkey burger
chopped onion
salt
pepper
ginger
parsley flakes
butter
orange juice
cornstarch
water
teriyaki sauce

Stove Temp: medium
Recipe Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Pan Type: large skillet


Turkey Burger Directions

In a medium bowl combine the ground turkey burger, chopped onion, salt, pepper, ginger, and parsley.
Mix well and shape into four burger patties.
Melt butter in skillet, add turkey burger patties and cook until lightly brown and no longer pink in the middle.
Remove turkey burgers to a plate.
Add the orange juice, cornstarch, water and teriyaki sauce. Cook over medium heat to thicken, stirring constantly.
Return turkey burgers to skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve burgers with your favorite side dishes.
