Cheese Spread Bacon Burger Recipe

2 cups
4 oz.
1/3 cup
1/8 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
2 pounds
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
16 slices
8 slices
8 toasted
 sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
jar pimientos, diced, and drained
mayonnaise
salt
Worcestershire sauce
onion powder
hot sauce
lean ground beef
salt
garlic powder
pepper
regular cut bacon, cooked
red onion
hamburger buns

 

Pan Type: skillet

 

In a medium bowl combine the shredded cheese, drained pimientos, mayonnaise, salt, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder and hot sauce.
Mix well, cover and chill until ready to assemble sandwich. Shape ground beef into 8 patties and cook in hot skillet over medium heat until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
Drain burgers and toast buns.
Place one patty on bottom half of bun.
Top with 2 slices of cooked bacon and a slice of onion.
Spread 2 – 3 tablespoons cheese spread on top half of bun and serve with your favorite side dish.

Serves: 8
