Baked Potato Salad Recipe

5 slices		 potatoes baked
mayonnaise
vinegar
sugar
basil
salt
ground black pepper
hard boiled eggs, chopped
dill pickles, chopped
green onions, sliced thin
regular cut bacon, cooked crisp

Recipe Container Type: large salad serving bowl


Baked Potato Salad Directions

Cube the baked potatoes into a large bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, basil, salt, black pepper, chopped hard boiled eggs, chopped pickles, sliced green onions and crumbled bacon.
Mix baked potato salad well.
Cover bowl and place potato salad in refrigerator to chill for at least 6 hours.
