Spaghetti Salad Recipe

1 – 12 ounce package
1 – 16 ounce can
1/2
1/2
1 bunch
3/4 cup
1 tablespoon
1/4 teaspoon
1 – 16 ounce bottle
spaghetti
black olives
green pepper, chopped
red bell pepper, chopped
green onions, sliced thin
parmesan cheese, grated
Johnny’s salad Elegance
black ground pepper
Italian style salad dressing

Spaghetti Salad Directions

Break the spaghetti pasta into thirds.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water. Let spaghetti set in colander while preparing other spaghetti ingredients.

Cut olives in thirds and place into large serving bowl.
Wash, seed, and chop the peppers, add them to the olives.
Slice the green onions thin and then add to the peppers. Add the cooked and drained spaghetti, parmesan cheese, pepper, Salad Elegance and salad dressing.
Toss spaghetti salad all together.
Cover salad and refrigerate.

This spaghetti salad recipe is a crowd pleaser. A favorite salad for potlucks and picnics.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
