Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe

2 cups
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1 cup
1/2 cup
1 large
1/4 cup		 dry macaroni shells pasta, cooked and rinsed
green bell pepper, chopped
celery, sliced thin
purple onion, chopped
dairy sour cream
ground red pepper
salt
chicken, cooked and diced
cheddar cheese, shredded
tomato chopped
sliced black olives

Recipe Container Type: large salad mixing bowl


Chicken Pasta Salad Directions

In a large bowl put the cooked, drained, and rinsed pasta.
Add the chopped green pepper, sliced celery, chopped onion, dairy sour cream, ground red pepper and salt.
Mix pasta salad well.
Add diced chicken and then stir.
Line a serving plate with tortilla chips. Next, mound the chicken pasta salad onto the chips.
Top mexican chicken pasta salad with chopped tomato, shredded cheese, and sliced black olives.

Note: You know the drill, chips get soggy, so wait till everyone is seated. Serve mexican chicken salad immediately.
