Christie's Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe

1 – 12 ounce package
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
1 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1 cup
1 – 2.5 ounce can
1 large
1/2 cup
shell macaroni
green bell pepper, chopped
celery, chopped
onion, chopped
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
dairy sour cream
cayenne pepper
cooked chicken, diced
black olives, sliced
tomato, chopped
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Container Type: large salad bowl

Chicken Pasta Salad Directions

Cook pasta according to the package directions.
Turn cooked pasta out into a colander.
Rinse pasta in cold water and drain well.
Place drained macaroni pasta into a large bowl.
Add the chopped green pepper, celery, chopped onion, first amount of sharp cheddar cheese, dairy sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and cayenne pepper.
Mix pasta salad all together well.
Stir in diced chicken and black olives.
Chill chicken pasta salad for several hours or overnight.
Before serving, top chicken pasta salad with second amount of cheese and chopped tomatoes.

Recipe Serves: about 10
