Party Taco Salad Recipe

1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1 clove
1/4 cup
1 bunch
1 – 16 ounce can
1 – 6 ounce can

1 – 8 ounce package
2 cups
1/2 cup
head of iceberg lettuce
ground chuck
ground black pepper
garlic, minced
taco sauce
green onions, sliced
kidney beans, drained
black olives, sliced
avocados, peeled and chopped
tomatoes, chopped
Mexican cheese, shredded
taco sauce

Stovetop Temp: medium heat
Recipe Pan Type: large skillet

Party Taco Salad Directions

Wash the lettuce and drain well.
In a large party size skillet, combine the meat, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
Drain well and stir in zesty party taco sauce.
Cut or tear up lettuce into a large salad bowl.
Top lettuce with sliced green onions, drained kidney beans, sliced black olives, diced avocados, and chopped onions.
Put meat and cheese on party taco salad before serving.
In a medium size bowl combine the mayonnaise and taco sauce.
Whip with wire whip until smooth.
Refrigerate sauce until party serving time.
Serve party taco salad along with your favorite tortilla chips.
