Some Like It Hot Chicken Salad Recipe

1 tablespoon

1/2 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/2 cup
1 cup
chicken, cooked and diced
celery, diced
mayonnaise
walnuts, chopped
lemon juice
onion, grated
salt
ground black pepper
Parmesan cheese
potato chips, crushed

Oven Temp: hot 450°
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 to 30 minutes
Pan Type: 2 quart salad casserole dish


Hot Chicken Salad Directions

Preheat to hot oven.

In a large bowl combine the diced chicken, celery, mayonnaise, walnuts, lemon juice, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well and turn out into salad casserole dish. Sprinkle chicken salad with the parmesan cheese. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake chicken salad in a hot oven for the allotted time.
