Lana's Gelatin Salad Recipe

3/4 cup
3 cups
3 – 3 ounce boxes
3 – 3 ounce boxes
2 1/4 cups
4 1/2 cups
1 cup

red cinnamon candies
water, boiling
red gelatin
mixed flavors gelatin
water, cold
apples, unpeeled and grated
walnuts, chopped

Recipe Pan Type: mold or a 9 x 13" pan

Gelatin Salad Directions

Add red cinnamon candies to boiling water and stir to dissolve.
Add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add cold water to gelatin and stir well.
Add the grated apples and nuts. Mix gelatin salad well.
Pour salad into bowl or mold.
Place gelatin salad into refrigerator for several hours or overnight to set.

Recipe Serves: about 12
