Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe

1 – 8 ounce container
1 small box
2 cups
1 small can
1 cup		 cool whip
strawberry Jell-O
small curd cottage cheese
crushed pineapple, or tidbits
miniature marshmallows

Recipe Pan Type: medium glass salad bowl


Cottage Cheese Salad Directions

Sprinkle dry Jell-O over the cool whip in medium size salad bowl.
Add cottage cheese, fruits and marshmallows.
Stir cottage cheese salad to blend in the cottage cheese. Cover and refrigerate cottage cheese salad for several hours or overnight.

Recipe Note: You can substitute any flavor of Jell-O except for lemon. Mandarin oranges go well with the orange flavor Jell-O.
