Corned Beef Salad Ring Recipe

1 small box
3/4 cup
1 cup
1/2 cup
2 teaspoons
1/2 cup
4
1 can
lemon gelatin
boiling water
mayonnaise
celery diced
chopped onion
cucumber, diced
hard boiled eggs, chopped
corned beef

Recipe Container Type: medium glass salad bowl


Corned Beef Salad Directions

Mix the gelatin with the boiling water.
Set in refrigerator to thicken slightly.
Gently stir in the mayonnaise.
Open the corned beef and put into bowl. Separate corned beef with a fork.
Add the celery, onion, cucumber, eggs, and separated corned beef to the gelatin mixture.
Spoon salad mixture into a ring mold and chill corned beef salad in the refrigerator. Chill salad for several hours or overnight.

Recipe Serves: 8 – 12

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
