Six Cup Fruit Salad Recipe
Six Cup Fruit Salad is a simple, quick, yet lovely fruit salad that you can throw together in about 10 to 15 minutes time. The base is a cup of sour cream (although you can used Greek yogurt). Then add a cup each of marshmallows, coconut, drained mandarin orange segments, and pineapple chunks. At this point you can add any number of your favorite fruits to the recipe.
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
1 cup Angel flake coconut
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mixed nuts, chopped (pecans, walnuts, cashews)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Recipe Prep. Time: minutes

Six Cup Fruit Salad Directions
Mix all six cups of ingredients together in a medium size bowl.
You can cover with whipped cream or cool whip if desired.
Cover six cup fruit salad and place in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
I remember when Grandma served this six cup salad and it was great.
