1000 Island Dressing Recipe

1/2 cup
1/2 cup
3/4 cup
1/3 cup
1/3 cup
2 large
mayonnaise
dairy sour cream
chili sauce
sweet pickles, chopped fine
green onions, chopped fine
eggs, hard boiled, chopped fine

My favorite was always, potatoes fried crispy and homemade 1000 island dressing.


1000 Island Dressing Directions

In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise and sour cream.
Beat with a wire whip until fluffy.
Add chili sauce, sweet pickles, green onions and chopped hard boiled eggs.
Mix 1000 island dressing well.
Cover and refrigerate dressing until ready to serve.

Recipe Note: A food chopper saves time in the kitchen.
