Fiesta Corn Bread Recipe

2 1/2 cups
1 1/2 cups
1/3 cup
2 tablespoons
1 1/2 teaspoons
1 1/2 cups
2 – 4 ounce cans
2 cups
2/3 cup
2 large
1 can
all purpose flour
cornmeal
granulated sugar
baking powder
salt
Mexican blend cheese, shredded
green chides, diced
milk
oil
eggs
corn, drained

Oven Temp: 375°
Recipe Cooking Time: 35 to 40 minutes
Pan Type: 9" x 13" baking pan


Fiesta Corn Bread Directions

Preheat your oven. Spray pan with nonstick pan spray.

In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mix well, add the cheese, chiles, milk, oil, eggs and drained corn.
Mix fiesta corn bread batter well.
Pour corn bread batter into pan.
Bake fiesta corn bread for the allotted time or until toothpick inserted it the middle comes out clean.
Cut corn bread into serving size pieces.
Serve fiesta bread along with your favorite side dish.

Recipe Serves: 15 – 20
