Beef Bean and Cheese Burrito Recipe

1 pound
1 package
1 cup
1 package
1 can
1 – 8 ounce
ground beef
burrito seasoning mix
burrito size flour tortillas
refried beans
Mexican blended cheeses

reduced fat sour cream

Stove Temp: medium
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Pan Type: skillet

Beef Bean and Cheese Burrito Directions

Brown ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink, then drain. Return beef to skillet and stir in burrito seasoning packet and water. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered until most of water has absorbed and burrito mixture has thickened.
Put waxed paper onto counter. Spray or sprinkle each burrito tortilla before stacking onto the waxed paper.
Wrap burritos in wax paper and heat in microwave for 45 to 60 seconds on high.
Remove from microwave and spread each burrito tortilla with beans. Put a layer of beef and top with cheese.
Fold beef bean and cheese burrito. Serve beef burrito with sour cream and your favorite salsa.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier.
