BBQ Turkey Loaf Recipe

1 1/2 pounds
1 small
1/2 cup
3/4 cup
1 large
1 tablespoon
1/4 cup
1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1 clove
1/4 cup
lean ground turkey
onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped
oats
egg, slightly beaten
Worcestershire Sauce
barbecue sauce
salt
ground black pepper
garlic, minced
barbecue sauce

 

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Pan Type: 8" x 5" loaf pan


BBQ Turkey Loaf Directions

Preheat Oven.

In large bowl combine; ground turkey, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, oats, slightly beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, salt, ground black pepper and garlic.
Mix (bbq) barbecue sauce well.
Place bbq turkey mixture in the loaf pan and shape into loaf.
Drizzle second amount of BBQ sauce over top of turkey meat loaf and bake.
Serve turkey loaf with your favorite side dish.
