Salmon Recipe

1     3 to 4 pound
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 large
1 medium
2 tablespoons
2 medium
whole salmon
salt
ground black pepper
mayonnaise
dairy sour cream
lemon juice
dried dill weed
parsley
onion sliced
green bell pepper, cut into rings
lemon zest
lemons

 

Oven Temp: 350°/high
Recipe Cooking Time: 45 to 50 minutes
Pan Type: baking pan or grill


Salmon Directions

Dry inside cavity of salmon.
Sprinkle inside of salmon with the salt and pepper.
In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill weed and parsley.
Spread mayonnaise mixture on the inside of salmon.
Layer the sliced onion on top of mayonnaise mixture.
Next layer the green pepper rings on top of the onion.

Sprinkle the lemon zest on top of the salmon and vegetables.
Wrap tightly with foil and seal.
Bake salmon for allotted time or until the fish flakes easily when tested in center with a fork.
Cut lemons into sections and serve with the salmon and your favorite side dish.

Note: If grilling it will take 60 - 90 minutes to cook.

Recipe Serves: 2 or 4 or 8 depending on salmon pieces.
