Maine lobsters
butter, melted

Stove Temp: high
Recipe Cooking Time: until lobster turns red
Pan Type: stock pot

Boiled Lobster Directions

Place the water and salt in the pot.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Drop the lobsters head first into boiled water.
Cover and cook lobster for the allotted time.
Serve boiled lobsters with wedges of lemon and melted butter and your favorite salad.
