Broiled Halibut Recipe

2 large
2 cloves
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
halibut steaks
garlic, chopped
lemon juice
dried basil
salt
pepper
lemon juice
parsley, chopped

 

Oven Temp: broil
Recipe Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Pan Type: broiler pan


Broiled Halibut Recipe Directions

Preheat Oven. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.

Combine garlic, oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley in large bowl with a tight fitting lid.
Add halibut fish and marinate for at least 3 hours.
Remove fish from marinate, keeping liquid.
Broil about 5 minutes on each side.
Brush with marinate and cook 1 more minute on each side.
Serve halibut with butter and lemon wedges and your favorite salad.

Recipe Serves: 2 to 4

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier.
