baking powder
salt
eggs, slightly beaten
beer
oil

Oil Temp: 375º
Recipe Cooking Time: see chart below
Pan Type: deep fryer

Beer Batter Directions

Put the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and stir.
Add the remaining beer batter ingredients.
Beat until batter is smooth.
Dip the fish and fry until lightly browned.

1/4" thick	2 – 3 minutes
1/2 – 3/4" thick	4 – 6 minutes
Shrimp	3 – 5 minutes
