Boiled Broiled Lobster Recipe

1/8 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/2 cup
1 medium

boiled lobsters
butter, melted
paprika
white pepper
butter, melted
lemon, quartered

Oven Temp: broil
Recipe Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Pan Type: broiler pan

Lobster Directions

Layer the boiled shelled lobsters on broiler pan.
Generously brush lobsters with melted butter.
Sprinkle with paprika and salt.
Broil 4 to 5 inches away from heating element for allotted time or until lightly browned.
Serve lobster with a lemon wedge, melted butter and your favorite salad.
