4 to 5 pound boneless pork loin roast
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
chili powder

Oven Temp: 325º
Recipe Cooking Time: 2 1/2 to 3 hours
Pan Type: roaster pan

Spicy Roast Directions

Preheat Oven.

Put roast on rack in the roasting pan.
Mix all the spices in a bowl and rub on roast.
Place spicy roast into oven and bake for allotted time.
Let set for 10 minutes before carving.
Serve up this spicy roast recipe along with your favorite side dish.
