Curry Pork Chops Recipe

6 thick cut
1 tablespoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 – 15 ounce can
1 cup
pork chops, bone in
curry powder
ground black pepper
salt
onion powder
butter
Worcestershire sauce
soy sauce
chicken broth
raw rice

 

Stove Temp: medium
Recipe Cooking Time: 1 hour
Pan Type: skillet


Curry Pork Chops Directions

In a small bowl combine, curry powder, ground black pepper, salt and onion powder.
Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of pork chops.
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
Brown pork chops, about 15 minute each side.
Drain excess fat from pan.
Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil.
Add 1 cup uncooked rice, cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Serve curry pork chops with your favorite side dish.

Recipe Serves: 4 to 6
