Breaded Pork Chops Recipe

1/4 cup
1 cup
1/3 cup
1/4 cup
1 1/2 teaspoons
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/4 cup
pork loin chops
eggs
milk
bread crumbs
parmesan cheese, grated
flour
marjoram
salt
ground black pepper
vegetable oil

 

Stove Temp: medium
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Pan Type: skillet


Breaded Pork Chops Directions

In a shallow dish beat the eggs.
Add the milk and beat until frothy.
In second shallow dish combine the bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, marjoram and onion powder.
Put the flour, salt and pepper on a plate and mix well.
Dredge the pork chops in the flour, coat both sides.
Dip both sides of floured pork chops into egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture.
Heat the oil.
Add breaded pork chops and cook uncovered until nicely browned.
Turn carefully with a spatula.
Cook second side until center of breaded pork chops are no longer pink.
Serve up this recipe with your favorite salad and potato.
