Tangy Lemon Glazed Chicken Recipe

1 large
1 tablespoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
2 cups
1/4 cup
1/2 cup
1/2 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
1/3 cup
chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
seasoned dry bread crumbs
olive oil
chicken bouillon granules
lemon juice, concentrate
parmesan cheese

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 35 to 40 minutes
Pan Type: 9" x 9" baking pan

Lemon Glazed Chicken Directions

Preheat Oven.

Use a meat mallet to flatten chicken meat evenly.
In a small shallow dish beat the egg until fluffy.
Add the milk salt and pepper and beat well.
Place bread crumbs on a plate.
Dredge the chicken in egg mixture and the seasoned bread crumbs.
Heat the oil.
Fry the chicken until light golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Layer chicken in bottom of baking dish.
Combine in a small bowl the water, bouillon and lemon juice. Spoon the lemon glazed mixture over chicken.
Cover and bake chicken for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and top with cheese.
Continue to bake glazed chicken for the remaining allotted time or until done.
Serve lemon glazed chicken with your favorite salad and potatoes.
