Oven Baked Breaded Chicken Recipe

2 cups
1 cup
1/4 cup
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 cup

fine bread crumbs
parmesan cheese
parsley flakes
salt
onion powder
garlic powder
ground black pepper
butter, melted
chicken breast, boneless and skinless

 

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 45 to 60 minutes
Pan Type: 9" x 13" baking pan


Breaded Chicken Directions

Preheat Oven.

In a large bowl combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and ground black pepper.
Mix together well.
Melt the butter in the microwave in shallow dish.
Dip the chicken into the melted butter then dredge into the bread crumb mixture.
Lay breaded chicken meat in bottom of baking pan.
Bake chicken uncovered for the allotted time or until juices run clear when tested with a fork.
Serve oven baked chicken with your favorite side dish.

Recipe Serves: 6 to 8
