Cheese Sauce Chicken Recipe

½ teaspoon

¾ cup
¼ cup
1 tablespoon
¼ teaspoon
1 cup
¼ cup
chicken breast, boneless
pepper
salt
cream of chicken soup
cheddar cheese
mayonnaise
lemon juice
curry powder
stuffing mix
butter

 

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Pan Type: 2 1/2 quart casserole


Cheese Sauce Chicken Directions

Preheat Oven.

Layer chicken in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl combine the undiluted soup, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
Mix well and pour cheese sauce over top of chicken.
Crush stuffing mix and blend in the melted butter.
Sprinkle on top of chicken and bake uncovered for the allotted time or until done.
Served cheese sauce chicken with rice and your favorite side dish.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
