2 teaspoons
1/4 cup

beef short ribs
salt
pepper
tomato sauce
molasses
cider vinegar
liquid smoke
chopped onion

Oven Temp: 300º
Recipe Cooking Time: 3 hours
Pan Type: dutch oven

Short Rib Recipe Directions

Preheat Oven.

Put short rib meat in dutch oven sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake ribs for 1 1/2 hours.
Pour off fat.
Combine tomato sauce, molasses, cider vinegar, liquid smoke and chopped onion pour over the top of short ribs.
Continue baking for remainder of time or until done and tender.
Serve tender short ribs of beef with your favorite vegetable and potato.
