Crock Pot Steak Directions

In a large skillet heat the butter and sauté the onions and garlic in melted butter.
Add the mushrooms, parsley, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, salt and black pepper.
Toss to coat with crumbs.
In a small bowl beat the egg and stir into bread mixture.
Spread bread mixture on flank steak.
Roll the steak up and tie with butcher string.
Place steak in crock pot.
Pour water over the top and cook.
Serve steak with your favorite side dish.
