Beef Chicken Gravies Lamb Pork Seafood and Fish Turkey

Porcupine Pizza Patty Recipe

1 – 15 ounce can
1 pound
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1/4 teaspoon
1 cup
1 1/2 teaspoons
1 clove
6 slices
tomato sauce
ground beef
onion, chopped
long grain rice, raw
dried oregano leaves
water, boiling
beef bouillon
garlic, minced
mozzarella cheese

 

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 50 minutes
Pan Type: baking pan


Porcupine Pizza Patty Directions

Preheat Oven.

In a large mixing bowl combine, I cup of the tomato sauce, ground beef, chopped onion, rice, oregano and garlic.
Mix together well.
Shape into 6 – 1/2” thick patties.
Place in bottom of pan.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and drain off juices.
Dissolve bouillon in the boiling water and stir in the remaining tomato sauce.
Pour over patties.
Cover and return to oven.
Bake porcupine pizza patty for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Spoon sauce over patties and top with cheese.
Let set 5 minutes or until cheese melts and serve with your favorite side dish.
