Swedish Meatballs Recipe

2 pounds
4 slices
2 cups
1/4 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 cup
1 teaspoon
2 large
1 cup
lean ground beef
bread, crumbed
milk
dry mustard
salt
allspice
ginger
onion, chopped fine
sugar
eggs
beef broth

Oven Temp: 325°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 minute
Pan Type: 2 1/2 quart casserole


Swedish Meatballs Directions

Preheat your oven.

In a large bowl combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, dry mustard, salt, allspice, ginger, chopped onion, sugar and eggs.
Mix well.
Make into any size meatballs you like.
Place meatballs in casserole dish.
Pour beef broth over the top, then bake your swedish meatballs uncovered.
Serve swedish meatballs along with your favorite salad and potato.
