Marinated Chuck Steak Recipe

1 cup
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
2 cloves
1/4 cup
1 teaspoon
1/3 cup
1 teaspoon

vegetable oil
soy sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
dry mustard
salt
garlic, minced
lemon juice
coarse ground pepper
red wine vinegar
parsley flakes
Steaks

 

Grill Temp: hot
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 minutes



Marinated Chuck Steak Directions

Combine in a gallon size freezer bag, the oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, vinegar and parsley flakes.
Seal bag and shake vigorously to blend.
Add as many steaks as you need into bag.
Seal bag and place in the refrigerator to marinate steaks for 24 hours. Remove steaks from marinate and discard extra marinate.
Grill on both sides until desired doneness.
Serve marinated steak with your favorite potatoes.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
