Ground Beef Loaf Recipe

Ground Beef Loaf in Bundt Pan

1 1/2 pounds
2 large
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
1/2 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 cup
lean ground beef
eggs
quick cooking oats
onion, chopped
green bell pepper, chopped
barbecue sauce
dried basil
thyme
salt
ground black pepper
celery seed
barbecue sauce

 

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 to 75 minutes
Pan Type: loaf pan


Ground Beef Loaf Directions

Preheat Oven.

In a large mixing bowl combine, the ground beef, eggs, oats, chopped onion, chopped green pepper first amount of barbecue sauce, basil, thyme, salt, ground black pepper and celery seed.
Mix well.
Put ground beef mixture into pan and pat down.
Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake loaf uncovered for allotted time or until meat thermometer reaches 170°F when inserted in middle of meat loaf. Remove from oven.
Cover pan with a sheet of foil and let set 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Serve ground beef meat loaf recipe with your favorite vegetable and potato.

Note: This free recipe can easily be doubled and cooked in a bundt pan. Fill center of loaf with your favorite sauce. Garnish with peppers.
